A few magazine assignments I shot in March and April were recently published and I thought I’d share the tearsheets and a few outtakes here (seeing as how I haven’t updated my blog for way too long!)

This first one was shot for Tiger Airways magazine and took me to the Mekong Delta for a day or so to explore the local colors and livelihoods.

A big thanks to Khoi at Water Buffalo Tours for all the logistics and endless local insight!

And a few other images I liked that didn’t make the publishing cut.

An outtake from a recent assignment in the Mekong Delta. The riverfront outside of Can Tho is a busy space early in the morning. (Quinn Ryan Mattingly)

Give it a read here from page 71 if you like.

This one was commissioned by Etihad Airways Atlas magazine. We were looking at some of Saigon’s aged and French colonial architecture, and how too many famed buildings are being knocked down and replaced by soulless glass and steel structures. A crying shame really…
