Project Goal: To capture images of the new routes, menus and attendants in service as the carriage rolls between three destinations in Central Vietnam.
The Experience: Central Vietnam’s most exclusive railway experience unites history with nature, beauty with luxury, and excitement with serenity. The two elegant and luxurious 12-guest carriages developed by Anantara
link historic Hoi An Ancient Town to the unhurried coastlines of Quy Nhon and the bustling coastal city of Nha Trang. Inspired by the beauty of Vietnam and the luxury of vintage rail travel,
each of The Vietage’s carriages boast six spacious booths that feature two comfortable window seats, offering everyone onboard views of Central Vietnam’s verdant plains,forested mountains and sparkling shores.
These beautifully designed carriages also feature their own sit-up bars, and gourmet dining experiences that are surely unrivaled on any other railway in Vietnam.
Field Notes: On two different trips a few months apart, our team boarded The Vietage for several journeys as it plied its way from Danang south to Quy Nhon, and then further down the coast to Nha Trang,
their newest destination. Our task was to capture some new menu items, the new second carriage, as well as to create some new images of the cabin attendants doing what they do best, five-star service!
