Anantara Quy Nhon

Anantara Quy Nhon Resort is an idyllic luxury retreat located on the pristine beach of Bai Xep, just a short drive from the coastal town of Quy Nhon in Vietnam. Nestled between lush tropical landscapes and the turquoise waters of the South China Sea, this serene beachfront resort offers a perfect blend of modern elegance and natural beauty.

With its stunning design inspired by traditional Vietnamese architecture, Anantara Quy Nhon combines spacious, contemporary accommodations with a deep respect for the local culture and environment. The resort features a range of luxury villas with private pools and breathtaking ocean views.

This project was in conjunction with another shoot for their sister property, The Vietage luxury train carriage. Once we arrived at the resort from the train in the afternoon, we went straight into a scouting session, to map out a plan of attack for the following three days, which would have us capturing rooms, F&B and some lifestyle images.

To properly capture the ocean front rooms at sunrise, we were set up by about 4:30 in the morning, waiting for the sun to peek out, and it surely did. Working carefully but quickly to capture the light before it rose to high, we were able to give a sense of the beautiful views one could have when they awake in such a perfect position.
